Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning

We have an older house with an old furnace. They gave us a verbal estimate to replace the furnace, and even though there was unexpected issues (wiring issues coming to the furnace), they kept to the quoted price.

I had a small fan motor go out and called them to check it. He did come that day and identified the problem and said he would have part in a few days. He did come out and we were going to be gone, so I told him to go ahead and replace it. The furnace was working fine when we got home, so we were pleased with the work until we got the bill. It was for $900.18. I knew this was high for no more for that was done, it consisted of removing 4 screws to hold on the fan and motor and 2 more to remove a bracket, one electrical push on connection and 1 rubber hose that just slipped on. I have gone to integrity heating after trying many other shops in the area and found that they are superior in service and knowledge comparatively to anybody else i have dealt with. I was also impressed they employed a woman as their apprentice.
