Would Not ever recommend this realtor!! Had a Very Bad experience and will NEVER use again! Am sharing my story to let others know so they will not fall victim like me. Berolotto's response is nothing short of more lies!! I had sent him a letter outlining my complaints and extreme dissatisfaction !!! Bob you would like me to post that letter to refresh your memory???
Bob and Karen are very professional, caring, honest, and have great customer service! Great local business to list your property with or use their auction service!
I would like to give it zero stars but I can’t, me and a friend of mine came down to Sturgis because we had never been before when we arrived parking was crazy so we found this business had an empty parking lot and no signs saying no parking. So of course not knowing anything because no signs, we parked there came back two hours later and the car was gone. We thought someone stole it because who would tow a car in a parking lot that doesn’t say no parking. The only thing we could think to do was knock on the door and ask if they knew anything.
