Your first mistake was outsourcing your onboarding. Your second mistake was trusting the Woltman Group. They don't care about you at all. I was at a startup that threw puzzle after puzzle at me that I had to dig and dig to find-out nobody could solve. I kept hearing from friends and family, "at least they pay you."
