If I could give less than 1 star I would. First, he didn't come on the day he was supposed to. Then on the day he did come he seemed like he could care less about his job and left before his workers finished the cleaning. His prices were outrageous and to top it all off he broke our front door without offering any compensation. Do not use this company.

SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like... to a shocking level. I wouldn't recommend trusting this guy to have a decent conversation with, let alone giving him your money! We needed an inspection on a house we were buying. He came out and we thought he seemed very thorough and were looking forward to having him do the repairs he'd recommended. He said most of the work was weather dependent, but he'd at least be able to come out and install chimney caps. When we asked him on October 3rd for an idea of when that part might happen... total silence. That is, until today, October 17th. We bought a house that has a wood burning fireplace, a first for us, and had Top Hats and Tails come out to service it. Devon was friendly and professional, not only did they sweep the fireplace but he explained everything to me about using it and what maintenance we might need down the road. I definitely recommend calling them for any fireplace maintenance you need.
