“I’ve always hated going to get my nails done. I hated the whole experience in general because of how awkward it was and how rough nail techs had been on my nails in the past. I’ve had a really bad skin picking issue since I was really young and I’ve always felt ashamed to go into a salon because of how embarrassed I was to show people my fingers. That being said, I’ve never felt comfortable getting my nails done even though having nails on was the only way I could stop picking at my fingers. Salons in the past made me feel ashamed and were super aggressive with my nails. I’ve been going to TLC since March and I can’t stop myself from coming back. I am by no means a person who regularly gets their nails done or “pampers” themselves, but since I found these lovely ladies I can’t help myself but get my nails done every two weeks. I have had incredible experiences with Chen, Julie, and Jade. These are some of my favorite nails I’ve gotten done for my engagement. I’ve always been treated like a long time friend whenever I enter the salon and they treat everyone with respect and hospitality.
