Sanford 26th & Sycamore Acute Care and Orthopedic Fast Track Clinic

First time visiting this location for Acute Care. Front desk, nurse, lab personnel were very friendly and helpful. APRN Alexandre Bitton was very professional, took his time to explain to me everything and he make sure that I walked out satisfied.

Very kind and took time to listen, absolutely asked if where they were going to check heartbeat would hurt and with my response checked on my wrist instead. Hats off to Cathy and Marrisa.

Went in to be tested for a UTI . Got in right away. The nurse was very helpful. Only problem I have every time I go to the lab when I get done .. I forget where I came from what room I was in. This last time she waiting for me took me back to my room. Came back to tell me that I was right about having a UTI put me on some antibiotics for 5days twice a day. Answered all my questions and concerns.. she was very helpful.
