We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced the end of May. He was very courteous and hard working. The guy never took a break and worked straight through from 9am until around 6pm to get the job completed. I tried to get him to take a meal break but he kindly said that he liked to keep working to get it all done. The equipment works beyond our dreams and looks professionally installed. He cleaned up everything after he was done and returned another day to walk us through the settings on the new thermostat he installed. No hidden fees and everything spelled out before hand. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone.
Ruppert Heating and Cooling came and found the issues wrong and resolved them. Did not recommend a new until but fixed the issues! I appreciated an honest man and will be doing business with him. He is busy, but be patient and he will resolve your HVAC NEEDS.
