Wonderful, fast service! Scheduled an appointment online today and had a technician out, Chris, by lunch time. He called when he was on his way, explained the process to me and gave pricing before starting. I am so thankful!
My partner and I had used other companies earlier this summer that had failed to remove all of our tree roots. When we called Roto-Rooter, I expected a similar experience and more money down the drain. No pun intended. But I was so pleasantly surprised! Chris Boehrns was incredible. He took the time to explain what was happening and all the options. He was efficient and was able to get the job done! We will continue to use them due to our positive experience.
The guy who came out was very knowledgeable, explained to me everything he was checking for and what my next steps would need to be. Very fast service and very up front about what things would cost.
I really appreciated that he asked if I had a plumber in mind, and when I said no, he gave me some recommendations and advised me what I would need to ask for. Super helpful without being condescending!
