DeJay assisted me in my quest to replace our patio slider. He took his time to assess my needs, and answer the slew of questions I had. He discussed several options in and around our price point and what we were seeking. He certainly knows his product and was a pleasure to converse with.

After numerous calls and many months 2 great employees from Sioux City came to Sioux Falls to verify and fix all the installation errors at my house. Not once did anyone from the Sioux Falls location call. Thanks to Chris for taking the time to look at all the problem areas and Clay for correcting all the problems. If only Sioux Falls has such responsible employees. Sioux City, you have 2 great employees.

I want to comment on my experience with Deann Lawrence at the Sioux Falls location. She has exceptional customer service skills. This is something that I taught to new employees at a medical facility for many years. She explains all information with patience and kindness. Not a skill that everyone has. This recent encounter on May 1st and 2nd 2023 is not the first time I have spoke with Deann. I also had the pleasure of talking with her about a problem the summer of 2022 with the same standard of excellent customer service.
