Mr. Rooter Plumbing

I would give you 0 stars, but our Tech was always very professional and helpful. The rest of the organization not so professional or helpful. We purchased a water softener a little over a year ago. It has never worked prop, ever. There was always a problem. We called and they sent a tech always with the promise this time would fix the problem. In the last two months, they have come out at least four times. Finally, the tech stated to us, my husband and myself, it should be replaced because it was defective from the start. That became another giant headache. They contacted the parent company to contact us, which they not. Then, Mr. Rooter, gave us a number to try contacting them ourselves, no answer. In the meantime, we have no water softener and no solution to our problem.
