If you are doing what I was and searching the internet and social media to read all the reviews trying to find a relator - you can stop the search now. Joy Kortan is simply the best! I could not have bought and sold my first home without her! She made the experience seem much less intimidating that it was, especially during the most difficult buyers market of 2020/2021. She was always there to answer my questions and made me feel so comfortable, confident and empowered in what I was doing as a first time home buyer on my own. My husband and I just bought our first home and could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. Joy is one of the BEST. She is thorough, knowledgeable, patient and seriously the sweetest person ever. She was quick to respond to any of our questions and always shared any information from the other agent, right away.
