I was in yesterday for my first ever massage. I chose to come in because I recently learned of disc damage to my L5 and pain in my left shoulder that I’ve had for over a year. My massage was.. amazing. I didn’t even say anything about the issues in my left shoulder and she zeroed in on it immediately. The entire massage was amazing. Unfortunately, I underestimated how sensitive my lower back would be. She did absolutely nothing wrong but somehow, my lower back got pinched. It just didn’t agree with all that pressure being moved around. After the massage, I became immobilized. I couldn’t get myself off of the massage chair. Luckily my husband was outside and able to come in and very, VERY slowly shuffle me out. Poor Shawn had to wait so much extra time and listen to my cry and scream the whole time. She was so patient and understanding. She offfered to call an ambulance and helped my husband to gather all my things and get me into the car. Her patience and kindness was exactly what I needed to get me through something that was very painful and very scary for me. I plan to work with my chiro and find a way to continue seeing her. Even if I have to sit on a chair and only have my upper back worked on… I slept better than I have in years and I woke up virtually pain free today (with the exception of the lower back, obviously)! She’s a miracle worker and a genuinely kind and lovely person. I will be a lifer. ❤️

Shawn is really great at what she does! And the best I have been to and will be continuing to go to her! She is a very sweet lady! Very relaxing and clean setting! Highly recommend her! You will love her! Thank you Shawn will see you for my next appt in January!
