“I originally called comfort heroes to come over and look at my unit. They did minimal checks, and turned off my outside unit when they left, without telling me. They told me I would need a new unit, and quoted me over $7,000 and pushed for me to sign up to buy it on the spot.After asking around at my workplace I heard of Ruppert word of mouth and he came highly recommended. He was responsive and on time with a next day appointment when I was available after hours when I got off work. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a literal fraction of the price I believed I would initially be having to pay. He got my house cool again for 7% of the first companies quoted price.I will be highly recommending him to anybody that is having a/c issues. “Great company, great product, great service. My 2020 Townhome Heating/Air was installed by these guys. As a result, they were the first people I called for an install on a garage heater. Everything went great, I was contacted along the way and pricing was within the normal spec of this kind of job. There was a little hang up on the blade inside the heater but it was fixed and we were ensured it was good to go. No problems since! Made the mistake of using a different company for my furnace cleaning and won't make it again. These guys are the way to go!!“

“When my newly installed a/c unit had the evaporator coil freeze up during the warming weather, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to the Superior team. I was welcomed within an hour by Perry, who was thankfully able to schedule a technician SAME DAY. Skyler met me at my home to test the unit for any leaks, but it was fully charged. He knowledgeably walked me through some of the things that likely contributed to the freeze-up; filter types that work best with the unit, etc (These guys know their stuff!). As a result of the troubleshooting, I now have ice cold FLOWING air from the registers again. Thank you guys for the prompt and thorough efforts!“

“So awesome! I had called comfort hero’s prior to them and was told I would need an entire new AC. It’s not terribly old so I wanted a second opinion. THANK GOODNESS I did! I called Lamberts and someone was out here the same day. They saw nothing wrong except a couple minor issues and it all cost under 200. A far cry from the nearly 7000 I was quoted hours earlier.
