“Home Instead is an answered prayer for my dad to stay in his home at 88. An amazing team of 24x7 care givers have become trusted friends in this journey. I am touched by the kindness and patience each care giver extends to my dad while also remaining professional in executing their duties. An added bonus is the support provided by the staff in the office to keep us all informed of the schedule and many changes to his daily health care needs. I highly recommend Home Instead.“
“The best decision we ever made for the last month of my fathers life. He wanted to be at home & several medical professionals felt it would not be possible. Avera Hospice & Daugherty house said no problem. They empowered us, supported us and had the most caring dedicated staff every step of the way. We are so thankful. My dads last 4 weeks were incredibly peaceful, full of love & support.“
“Very humble people to work with and great home care services for elderly and differently able people.“
“Kynzie and I started the same day At Right at Home. The nurse came to my house with her and we went from there. She said we could just figure things out together. Kynzie did everything just the way I asked her to. I have anxiety so I was nervous! I like things organized because I forget where they are at. She did everything just the way I asked her too. We grew close very quickly and I could tell that she was from a loving family and she was very strong. I lost my son and she took me to the cemetery several times. We made wreaths together and she could look up any questions I had about anything. I even had her help me with Christmas gifts for my 2 Grandkids. Then she met them and she was relaxed, and my son noticed how comfortable I was with her.Everyone at my apartment noticed how much she meant to me. I had another service that had helped me with showers and laundry for a year before I had Kynzie. They were always late or early and always in a hurry to get out of my house to go to the other person. They would undo everything she helped me with. She did my closet several times. Even the girls I was close to from the other company would just not do some things that they were supposed to do and they would say Just have Kynzie do it. I called the company and she said they have people in Hospice and they need to put them first. I understand that, but they TOLD me pre-paid patients get more care! I worked in hospital in for 7 years in Environmental Services and I also was the secretary for the Director so I know OSHA and privacy laws. I also worked in a Law Office and they were breaking so many rules that I decided to see if I could get Right At Home for the hours I need. They let me choose someone I know to take over for Kynzie because she is graduating from SDSU. I could write a book about her but I just want people to know this company Cares about You! Thank you Kynzie! We will be lifelong friends! I can’t wait to see your new future! You will have an awesome future and I can’t wait to watch you in your new Career! ?“
“Amy has been a companion to a resident where I work. She is absolutely phenomenal! She has such a great energy and always has interest of the resident as a priority. Amy takes the time to visit with all of our residents. She has become like one of our team!“
“Needed home health care service for my mother. Extremely happy with services provided by staff. Always found time to sit and talk with my mom in addition to services provided.“
“I have worked 1 year for Kore cares as a nurse they allow you flexibility with your clients. You and your clients decide what works best for them and between the two of you decide best time to see client. We see a lot underprivilege clients and just doing smallest task can bring a smile to their face which most would think no big deal but to them smallest act of kindness means so much to them . Very rewarding job.“
