I just wanted to give big shout out to Cheyloe and the others at Heritage after the passing of my uncle! Cheyloe showed so much compassion, while never acting surprised at our many odd questions and requests(and we had many)! She is a true professional and a gift to those she serves. I know who I will be contacting for funeral pre-planning!!

Traveling from the east coast to make arrangements was difficult and fraught with challenges. However, Kristen brought ease to the process, and we found moments of joy even amid our grief. Kristen is a caring and thoughtful individual, and it is clear through her actions and words that she finds it a privilege to care for people in this way. She made navigating the process smooth and uncomplicated. Kristen quickly gained my trust, and she followed through on everything we discussed. I was so appreciative of her small and large acts of kindness, many of which were not anticipated nor expected. I will be forever grateful for all Kristen did for me and my family.

Kristen and her staff were very supportive and responsive. She took care of every little detail and gave us time to spend those first days with our families. Tom helped us with the visitation and was also on top of everything we needed. Thanks for helping us through those hard days.
