I did a 2 month long package with Zech with the discount he had going in February. After the first session, I felt blood rushing to my hands & felt some relief in my hands for the first time in probably 25 YEARS!!! As an artist and writer, it terrified me that I might have to live with this pain the rest of my life. After the first session, I was able to write for quite a while without stopping for wrist relief! I told my husband that alone made it worth it & was so healing for me. This place was amazing! My goodness. This was an unreal experience, not like a normal massage and definitely in a good way. Zech treated muscle issues I've been dealing with for years, some of them I'd even forgotten about. Unbelievable. Highly recommend seeing him.
Have you heard the phrase “your body keeps the score”? Or that trauma is stored in the body?Well, I had an experience on Friday with Zech that made me think those things are probably true.I was at my Z Treatment, which is a deep tissue massage specific for muscle healing, not relaxation. And Zech, the massage therapist started working on a tender spot near the back/side of my ribs, and seemed to know instinctively he needed to work on that spot, not just for muscle work but for inner work.
