I was incredibly impressed by the kindness and service that I received when working with Green Eggs and Ram. My home printer was not working and needed repair. I first placed a call to the store and spoke with a gentleman who was super kind and patient with all of my questions. After this phone call, I felt very confident in taking my printer to the store.Upon taking my printer in, I spoke with another kind gentleman and he let me know that they were about a week out for servicing printers. However, about five to ten minutes after leaving the store, he called me to let me know that he was able to fix my printer's issue with a small adjustment to a roller inside the... read full review
