I love their app! The app is easy to use. I scheduled a hair cut and got updates via texts to my phone letting me know how soon I needed to be at the salon. It's a great time management tool.
The stylist assigned to me had never done a cut like I wanted so she called on another stylist who finished and I got exactly what I wanted.Love the on line check in process. Timesaver!
The lady who did my hair was great, asked questions when unsure about my vague descriptions and made sure I got what I wanted. I'm going to the one location from now on even though it's not the closest to me bc she was great and made me feel great about my haircut. I've gotten many compliments from my coworkers as well.
