We've been buying our ice directly from them every week for the last 10-12 years. We've lost track of how long exactly, because quite frankly, they're just that awesome to do business with.We used to buy their ice from retailers until those retailers switched vendors. Yes. They're ice is just that much better than the others, bar none.We love the staff there (Mark, Rich, and Bob). They're just simply good people with phenomenal, friendly customer service.The owners, Tadd and Duff, are just as great, and make sure they have the best people taking care of their customers, as well as putting out a great product! I was driving a truck with containers of lab samples on dry-ice and needed to replenish them near Sioux Falls. Girton Adams was the only place that had it. I called at 5:20 PM hoping they were open. Someone answered even though it was after hours. He stayed for another half hour until I got there and provided the 30 pounds of dry ice I needed. (And at a great price.) Great service.

The people at Girton Adams are always willing to work with you. On multiple occasions, in different situations, they have always found a way to help me out! I wouldn't do business with anyone else.
