“I have been in a half dozen times or so and seen a few different people but Katie is my regular nail person now. Every time I see her my nails always turn out better than I hope for and she always comes up with beautiful designs to put on them. She's also very friendly and nice to chat with, even when I came in for my second appointment with her she remembered me right away and started asking about my family and other things we had previously talked about and without me even having to ask she trimmed my nails because she remembered that I prefer them pretty short. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and I have even seen several men come in for manicures and pedicures, which I absolutely think more men should do for themselves. But what I really liked was when a couple very colorful gentlemen asked for very elaborate and blinged out full sets they weren't treated any differently than any other customer. I had my lower left leg amputated in July of 2023 and I have been too embarrassed to get a pedicure since but if I ever get up the nerve I will definitely be getting it done here.“

“Cleanliness: This place is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. They always encourage you to wash hands when you come in, which ensures no outside germs are coming in. They always wipe everything down when customers are done, weather it’s for a pedicure or manicure.

“In the beginning, I had no complaints. Although I thought the monthly membership prices was steep, the stylists were amazing. I was OK with giving great tips on top of the membership fee. I got sick so I had to cancel and reschedule. My membership pays for 2 fillings when a couple months I only got one. On the way to the appointment, I had a flat tire so I was trying to call and let them know I was going to be late. The lady that answered the phone was very rude that I was going to be late and wanted to reschedule when I've been waiting weeks to get in. I rescheduled again and this time they cancelled on me! They said they couldn't get any stylist to take me in! I've spent over $200 a month with them and now I feel like I'm taken advantage of. Life happens and things happen but customer service is not understanding and will get an attitude to work with you. Sadly because of my experiences, I will be going to someone else! UPDATE: owner called me and made it right! I will be continuing my membership with them as their stylists are amazing!“
