They were able to come out same day which was amazing, and its only been 24 hours now but the dog urine smell is gone from my carpet so I'm grateful for that. Hoping it doesn't come back. They did a very thorough job by cleaning the entire room, not just the spots, and were upfront with the pricing, which was reasonable. I would use them again.

The Technician, Glen, returned my call quickly and was very customer oriented.Every part of the operation was smooth and easy. The machines used had multiple sized head/brushes.
