I bought my first home in 1989. The bank rang its bells for us because the interest rate fell below 10%. It was 9.8%. The house had stucco siding, outdated everything, on a busy road and my fav.. right across from rail road tracks. Since 9/11/2002 I have been protecting buyers and helping sellers out of predicaments. I have come across a few sellers who made wise choices which have made easy sales. I am normally not about easy and never want a buyer regretting a decision. I've advised a seller to take a lesser offer which they probably still do not understand the significance of that situation.
