Rachael is a great braider! But communication is inconsistent. Several times issues came up and we had to be rescheduled with follow up being days later or not at all and with us having to initiate contact with her again. More than once, we’ve had to schedule with a different braider because there was simply no response at all.Her braiding work is solid but communication isn’t very professional for a business.

Even tho she rescheduled our appt twice to an hour and a half later; when we finally got in, she helped educate us on how to maintain my son's starter locs, did the retwist in a timely manner, even gave me some clips (that I haven't been able to find around town) so that we can continue to retwist at home.Service: Dreadlocks
