What a great company and good human! Craig was able to fix my 96 year old Granmother's desktop computer! He was very patient dealing with us from across the country. He picked her computer up and had it back to her the same day. He even called me while there and gave her the phone. The joy in her voice was worth it all! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
