The service is great. I have been satisfied with the assistance with my housekeeping. The aides have been friendly and willing to help me with anything. I have a customer for 2 years.
Kelly and the staff at Comfort Keepers went above and beyond to provide intensive, in-home services for my parent. Whenever there was a need for a schedule change Kelly was always focused on solving the issue quickly; she never says "I can't" and that is the kind of attitude necessary in a difficult environment due to COVID-19. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
We started using Comfort Keepers in December of 2016 after our Mother had a mild stroke. Since we were familiar with Sandy, who had previously taken care of our Aunt, we requested her. She initially came in a few days a week for three hours at a time ~ mostly to help with showering, laundry, preparing a meal and some light housekeeping. Sandy has been a perfect fit for our family!! Mom really enjoyed her company and would often refer to Sandy as her second daughter. For us, we knew that Mom was in good care and would never have to worry about her when Sandy was there.
