You couldn't ask for a better realtor. Not only is Brad Nelson patient, kind and an overall good person, he is a fantastic realtor. A true professional. He has an eye for detail and is very knowledgeable in the home buying and selling process. He is punctual and always willing to schedule a home showing. He goes above and beyond what I have seen other realtors not do. Even after a contract has been signed, he is working for you.

Brad helped us in our home search and accompanied us through the buying process . Brad was always available for house showing and even when his schedule was tight , He made the effort to find a time to make us see different houses . Brad also helped get few upgrades from the builder of our house before closing which was very nice . Since we were out of state , Brad was also present to make the property available for few contractors we needed to give us quotes for some services . Working with Brad to purchase our home has been a good experience and I would use his services each time I would need a house to buy or sell.
Brad went above an beyond for me. I started working with him in October 2023. He picked me up at the airport, took me to drop my luggage off at the hotel and then we started looking for rental properties and for a home for me. Drove me all over Sioux Falls showing me properties from different builders. I ended up purchasing from a builder that I originally told Brad, NO! don't like the exterior looks. Ended up being the best option. Brad battled with the 1031 company that just didn't seem to understand English even though the are owned and operated in the United States.
