Our key was lost and other problems and to make a long story short they fixed us right up! They have a nice little table to sit at if you have to wait a bit. Table/Chairs works great for older people or people with back problems. Some of friendliest business people in Sioux Falls!

Lost my vehicle keys during a trip in the Chicago downtown. Called Bobs and was able to coordinate time for them to meet me in the airport parking lot to get a new set made. Able to sent over text and email the needed info for them to get a new set of keys to work for my truck. My flight landed around 5 pm and Jennifer with Bobs key and lock was able to still help me out and get me a set of keys so I can drive my truck again! Very easy to work with and what a life saver!
