Contacted Best Choice cleaning and restoration Wednesday after my dog had an accident (diarrhea) in multiple places in my house. After trying to scrub and get the mess out myself. Ryan was prompt in answering my email within 30 Minutes! Came out this morning and my carpets look brand new! I can’t believe how well they look and smell no trace of the doggie accident! Thank you again!
It's midnight and our apartment had been flooding since before 730. They get called by maintenance and show up and totally knock it all out. Great personality. Fast and efficient. Super nice and 100% would call again if I owned my own home. Like I said it's midnight and he is pumping and drying all the grey water from our apartment with a smile on his face.
Awesome, friendly and affordable service. I used the form online and Ryan responded within minutes. Chad came out the following day to clean my old carpets. I didn't have much hope but he brought life back to the carpet. Will be utilizing them more in the future.
