I have been going to Bartles for years. Jennie has be WONDERFUL to talk to. She has been such an amazing help in all the things I've been delt with over the years!!! Getting an appointment has been a breeze with awesome staff helping to get me on the schedule and being flexible!

I've had the privilege of working with therapists Jennie and Sherry at this office, and I'm incredibly grateful for the support they've provided. Jennie's guidance has been especially instrumental as I navigate the challenges of being a mom to three young kids. Despite my usual reserved nature, I've found it surprisingly easy to open up and share my thoughts with her. Jennie's compassionate and understanding approach has created a safe space for me to express myself freely. At the beginning, I struggled with anxiety for small tasks like making phone calls, but with Jennie's help, I've seen significant improvement. Her responsiveness to email communication and her respect for my preferences are so appreciated. Sherry, another therapist at the office, has also been valuable to our family. Her guidance and insights helped us overcome various challenges, and I am thankful for the positive impact she has had on our lives. I also want to acknowledge the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the Billing and Office Manager, Amy. Amy has made the administrative aspects of the process seamless, and her availability and responsiveness via text or phone calls have been a great asset. Overall, my experience with this therapist's office has been overwhelmingly positive. I'm grateful for the skilled and caring professionals like Jennie and Sherry, as well as the efficient and communicative support from Amy. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

I am so thankful for Bartels Counseling. They have provided countless practical tools and steps as I have gone through my journey toward personal health and wellness. In addition to their great knowledge and expertise in counseling, they are very organized and provide timely response to any questions and scheduling conflicts. I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming environment with a practical and effective counseling approach.
