After finding out my usual eye doctor is no longer covered by EyeMed. I had to switch. I found Advanced Family EyeCare on 69th & Western and let me tell you, BEST decision ever! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was genuinely happy to see me, extremely relatable and I already felt any stress or anxiety melt away. Next, the guy came to get me to do the eye tests. He was so warm and welcoming and kept saying how grateful he was that I chose them when I could have picked any other place my insurance took. Dr Franey and staff are always very friendly and helpful. The office is professional, nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. There are several vision related items on sale in the reception area, but I’ve never once felt pressured to buy anything. I appreciate this.I have gone to Dr Franey for several years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in the exams and takes the time to explain what is going on with my vision and makes recommendations. I feel very comfortable with her care and will continue to trust her with my vision health.
