Knowledgeable and experienced technician!
I was very happy with the service I received from Joseph Mirth. Before he started we briefly discussed the projects I wanted complete and went over price estimate. I appreciated this up front because it kept communication clear. Joseph seamlessly replaced an old dryer vent for a new dryer, replaced and disposed of a toilet, replaced a shower head/fixed shower doors off track and completed these in just about 2 hours. He did advise that a part was needed to complete the toilet and he was able to drive to ACE Hardware and grab the part that was needed. He was careful around my home and cleaned up as he went. They were on time to give me the estimate and when they showed up to do the work. The estimate was accurate and Josh explained what he was going to do at the time of the estimate. I was pleased with the quality of work done and would use this company again for future services.
Through no fault of their own, Ace Handyman had to reschedule the installation of my garden shed doors. The last crew had to figure out where someone else had left off after leaving the job uncompleted, but they managed to create a barn-door effect for my shed doors and reuse the old hardware.
