Wowzers! Bought one of the least expensive washes and the guy who directed us in, stopped us and literally cleaned off the grill before we even got into the wash. The most thorough wash primer ever! Outstanding. It was above and beyond the service I expected.

I was notified by the Rapid City Tidal Wave manager,Travis. I was very impressed with Travis for reaching out to me on my complaint. He refunded our money. We originally contacted the large corporation in Georgia. I was very satisfied with the local Tidal Wave in Rapid City. The wash itself and the employees are EXCELLANT...along with the manager, Travis. If you have ANY issues contact your local business, they will definitely make it right. The guy at the payment booth was awesome, unloaded the back of the truck for us, helped my dad pick the best wash for what he wanted done, and then reloaded the truck after the wash. Amazing customer service!
