We had flooding in our basement this Spring that required some carpet replacement. I went into the store to compare carpet samples and the salesperson said they would have an estimator contact me the next day to schedule a time to come to our home and measure the area. I had to call back 10 days later to ask why I hadn't been contacted. After the estimator came he was supposed to have it written up that night and I would receive a quote in a couple of days. Two weeks later I had to call and ask for the quotes. I had requested two separate quotes to include areas that wouldn't be covered by insurance, and I only received one. After being let down by another prominent flooring store in Rapid, we moved over to Thortons. Not only did we get a similar product but they installed it a month faster and for much less money. Highly recommend Thortons!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of products and competitive prices. Free measuring of the house to make sure everything we need was on the bid. Smooth process.
