My business waited a week for Tessier's to come service our AC unit. Upon arrival, the driver called but we could not answer as we were assisting guests. Since he did not connect with us over the phone, he left and never even came into the business despite the fact that we were open. When we got a free moment to call back, he said that he had left and that we would need to call back for another technician resulting in many more days/weeks of waiting for repair. Simply walking into the business would have solved the issue.Service: A/C system maintenance

It took their technicians three visits over 4 days for Tessier's to install a simple furnace humidifier, which they chose and supplied for my furnace. After the first day the initial technician that performed the installation told me it was normal that my furnace was kicking on and off ever 30 seconds that it would stop once the humidity in the house reached the set point of 20%. I called the following day (day 2) after my furnace continued to operate like this all night and into the next day. The initial tech returned the following day (day 3) wiggled some wires and said he thought he wired the controller backwards so he re-wired it and left. I called him later... read full review

I called At 10am this morning with a frozen AC.They told me over the phone to turn it off.Fan on and we will be right there.By 330 pm my AC was charged and ready for summer !! Thank you !!
