SERVPRO of Rapid City really helped us when our water heater pipe burst and flooded our house. Paul and Fred came out after hours and helped us get things cleaned up and dried out. They did a great job of getting the damaged flooring and drywall out and preserved what they could. The other team members that helped us were great to work with too. We highly recommend using them!

We had a water leak that affected 5 rooms. ServPro came in to do all the mitigation and rebuild. My husband has been in the construction business for 50 years, so the bar that they needed to meet was set pretty high. Drew and Mike made an awesome team. They worked together well and in a timely manner. The best, and most important aspect, was that they meet that high bar that my husband set. We would recommend ServPro without hesitation.
