I had a backup into my home from clogged baffle in septic tank. Rapid Rooter is outstanding! The staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't charge me for a return trip a few days after initial visit. I would rate this company higher if there were more than five stars!

Newly remodeled house clogged washer drain. Arrived within hour and although a nasty clog was cleared within an hour. Justin was our tech and he was professional and efficient.

I used Rapid Rooter today, as I had an emergency, and they were absolutely the Best! The Receptionist/Scheduler was so friendly and helpful and Pete, the Technician was on time, very neat and clean and absolutely went above and beyond the work I expected. To find someone so fast and so good and very reasonable is just a blessing and these guys are for sure! Thanks so much...would recommend to anyone!
