Edward called us back to make an appointment. "Hello Mr. Customer, this is Edward from RC Roofing Co"; friendly and great phone skills.Cody came out to see our project but we had the wrong material. He came back again, wrong material again! mea culpa. Rapid City Roofing did a great job with my roof from start the finish. The sales person gave me several options and offered several good suggestions. The roofing crew completed the job in less than one day and cleaned up the property very well before leaving.
