Early in 2024, wife Ruth and I decided to move to Spearfish, SD from Buffalo, WY-to be closer to medical services we frequently need. Janet Van Nuys was our agent for the purchase of our new home. Janet is an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us find showings that might work us, met us at different times for different viewings throughout the process, and was friendly and confident we'd find the right house the entire time. She's a wonderful agent and a better person, idk if you can do better than her but you can absolutely do worse.
