“We have been with Stay Graceful or a 3 months now. They are providing home health aides to take care of our young daughter who has some medical needs. I have been primarily working with Erika for coordination and she has been amazing and even personally filled in several times for aides when they had to call out. So far we have always had coverage and I feel confident that they have back up staff in place so that we won't be left in a bad spot. We had many months of difficulty finding home services / home care for our daughter because of her young age (under 2) and Stay Graceful has really come through for us. There has been some turnover with the aides for various reasons but we love the aide we have now and we are hopeful she can be with us for the long term.“
