Brain is the best! During the November 29-30 blizzard, we kept losing power. This caused the furnace Hermy's installed in February to keep kicking off the Limit Switch, so the furnace wouldn't stay on, or heat up. In desperation, I called -- not knowing if I would get a response due to the blizzard or not. Brian called me back right away, and after sending pictures of my furnace, Brian was able to help us get our furnace working right away. Thank you Brian.

Having the heat go out was not what I wanted for Christmas Eve. Brian performed a Christmas miracle by finding the part needed just outside of town and replacing it that morning. We could not be more grateful that he took the time to help us. Service above and beyond that allowed us to send warm (literally) wishes for the holidays!

My furnace died in the middle of the frigid temperatures Rapid City has been experiencing recently. I called Hermy's around 10:30 a.m. and Russell was there within 20 minutes. After looking the situation over, I was told the old furnace was not worthy of being repaired. These guys not only ordered a new furnace, got it to Rapid City within 3 hours delivered to my location and brought in two more guys to help....they had it installed, up and running by 6:30 that evening.If I could give them a 6 star review I would because they definitely deserve it.Thank you all so much!Brenda
