The wonderful lady I’m sorry I forgot her name, was hands down such a nice lady. She complimented my style, boosted my confidence. And explained everything she did at the end. I’m not picky when it comes to my hair cuts because it does grow back. I just let this lady play a little bit. I love my hair! You ladies work so hard to make special things happen. Back to school, picture day, or a trim. It’s nice to walk out feeling back to new and a jolt of confidence. I will definitely love to have this wonderful young lady to cute my hair again. Good customer service. I went in to fix my hair length, one side was longer than the other by 3/4ths, and was charged approximately $20. No hairwash, no treatment done to my hair.To me in this economy, I was overcharged. Didn't leave a tip, since I came to this conclusion after seeing a trim was $8. Will not be going back. They have a large a lot of customers going in, me not going won't do anything.
Checked in at Westridge but they told me Justin was at Stumer Road today so I went there instead. Last time at Westridge, Justin gave me the best haircut of my life (and I'm 66!); worth waiting at Stumer Road for him because he did it again! Justin is THE BEST!!
