Damage Restoration in Rapid City

“We had a small leak under a bathroom sink that my wife and I didn't think was very concerning. I called up Nate and Rob to see if they could come take a look, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Using their equipment, they were able to determine that the water had spread through underlayment, but did not penetrate down through the subfloor. They set up some floor-drying mats and you could instantly see water coming up through the grout. It was pretty cool to watch, actually.

Once they had determined that we had pulled up as much as possible through the tile/grout, they started assessing the moisture levels in the underlayment. The readings were still too high, so they went into the crawlspace and set up some heaters and fans to "cook" the floor from below. Within a few days, the readings were down at safe levels!

Being able to save the floors in my hallway, bathroom, and laundry room was ultimately my end goal, and they were able to achieve that goal in a very short amount of time. With a baby due any day now, we really couldn't afford to be without laundry capabilities. Speaking of babies... I absolutely loved how personable Nate and Rob were. You could see the family-owned business was really about family. They interacted with my kids, wife, and even my dogs as if they'd known them for years. I never even had to tell them my family's names twice! They remembered! That's the kind of customer service and professionalism that will keep me coming back to these gentlemen for any of my home care needs.

When it came to scheduling, they were always willing to adjust their schedules to meet mine. My wife and I are both active duty Air Force, so we have pretty limited hours that we can make ourselves available. Nate and Rob went so far as to stopping by very early morning or late evening, including on weekends, to make sure that everything was going well with our home. Had there ever been a time that my wife or I were not available, I would have been very comfortable providing them a code to get into my home without me there.

Of course, there's always the topic of pricing. They came in well below my current deductible, which was a massive help to me and my family with a baby on the way.

Overall, this has been an outstanding experience. If you're reading this, you obviously care enough about your home to make sure you're getting the right company for the job. These guys are it.“
