D & R service in Rapid City, SD, installed a new Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner. There are been was significantly less than the other company I contacted. It was installed within a week of me accepting the quote. I did both at the same time because labor costs would be more if done separately. Lonnie was very professional and explained exactly what I would need. The work was done by Jayson M and John G. They two were very professional. They covered my carpet so that it would not get dirty when they were going back-and-forth from the furnace room.. D&R is the best in town! My water heater broke and flooded my basement. They were here quickly and got it replaced and cleaned up. Alec was a great technician and Shane was super helpful to talk to on the phone and diagnose my problems! I highly recommend this business - family owned for many years in Rapid City. Can’t beat that!
