This salon is a whole vibe. The girls that work here are very engaged with their clients as well as each other. They seem more like family than co workers. It is a very positive environment with a modern vibe. They even have a song request sheet when you sign in. Autumn was my mail artist and let me tell you, she knows her stuff. She knows her products as well as new techniques. I am a travel nurse and I sure wish I could take this salon with me wherever I go. I’ve been here three times. The first time I chose shiny gel nails, with a sparkly accent. They looked great! A few weeks later I wanted black matt gel polish, with a candy corn accent nail…. I don’t know who I saw, but Luckily the manager was able to fix my nails for free? I was too scared to try the matt again. It looked too shiny, not what I normally see. Love their set up and decor inside! Amazing mimosas, comfy seats, and energetic, polite employees. Definitely going back for my holiday nails.
This was a last minute need for me to have my gel nails removed after breaking one of my nails during an accident. They were able to add me into their books in a very polite manner. The location has a cozy feel to it, actually a setup is never seen before. The cosmetologist that assisted with my removal was very polite and actually got me to interact socially during the removal. This is rare since I usually am silent but she was great at making e feel welcomed. For a day of pampering, I would definitely recommend their business.
