I am soooo Thankful for SDUIH. There were so many supportive women and men; that helped my 3 week old son & I, get a place to stay & food. I truly don't know where we would be. I'm still crying good tears for the kindness and compassion, we received since we were abandoned, told to come to Sioux Falls after fleeing a Domestic Violence situation. I had nothing but our clothes and everything my new preemie baby needed; to be comfortable. We ate, took a bath, and i was able to sleep... I didn't have to be on Guard or have to be ready to leave at any moment. I know our stay is only until Wednesday Morning but I am soooo Thankful!!! Hopefully Tuesday Morning, we are able to find a more permanent living situation. I am anxious to hit the ground running. Housing, Job, Vehicle, and the opportunity to give back, for everything...
