In the you don’t know what you got till it is gone category. This Agency was in my town. They had the opportunity to move home and I didn’t fault them for that. I decided to switch agencies and I want to tell you the difference in claim handling I had: 1) Called Andrew to let him know I was in an accident and had filed a claim. The accident occurred late at night. I was run off the road. The person who did this wasn’t found, and Andrew helped me through the process. Within a total of 72 hours from the accident.
