Larry Fry is professional and showed up ahead of time. My system has a very slow coolant leak issue that stops it from working every other year. Larry was out a few years ago, and like clockwork, the system crashed this week.Well--They arrived ahead of schedule, got the refrigerant level up to spec and things running cool again. He also let me know that the coolant my system uses will soon be unavailable and may be gone when I need it again. If so, I will need a new system. They were a little expensive but you pay for what you get. I brought 2 dogs in for grooming. One was having difficulties due to not being groomed for a couple of months. They took excellent care of Chucky and treated his problem spots with expert care. Pupper is acting like he is 10 years younger and not being bothered by his problem areas. They are very good groomers and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a customer that couldn't find their freight that was dropped off. I delt with 3 different people at 3 different times plus the driver. AJ the driver was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer found their parts and Denise, Nancy, and Michelle were so helpful. I would definitely recommend.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Dr. Virginia and her staff are among the best in the business. I took my senior dog there in an emergency situation. It was the first time she had ever seen him and she was immediately fully invested in giving him the best care - she saved his life. After discharge she continues to answer my questions and provide insight if I need to call. She is so very thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with him. All Creatures Animal Hospital is truly in it for the animals best interest and care.

With my work schedule I can’t make appts as I never know what time I’ll be home. Been calling around for two days now looking for someone to squeeze me in for a trim at the very least. Granted I wanted cut, color whatever. Something fun. She was able o squeeze me in for a trim and it couldn’t have worked out any better. I went and got seen here today, and my nurses name was timbres she was a big help. She went above and beyond her line of duty to help me out. She helped me with information that I had no idea about. I was also seen by a provider by the name of Tami. She was also a good provider going above and beyond her line of duty as well. I just want to thank these ladies for making me feel so welcomed to South Dakota, because I'm not from here I'm from Oklahoma. And these lady's make me feel at home.
