Even though I didn’t have to pay for the services waterworks performed as I’m covered under my new home warranty. Doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the team at water works, Doug & Axel were great to work with.
I had an issue with my new sprinkler system, troubleshooting far and wide and we finally got to the conclusion that my Pressure Release Valve was bad. Doug was able to fit me in the schedule quickly and Axel found the problem quickly, it was plastic from the water main cut in when they built my home. After that my sprinklers work flawlessly and pressure is top notch, I appreciate the service I got even when it wasn’t paid.

I had water heater insurance with Home Share, a Company that Montana Dakota Utilities advertised. My water heater stopped producing hot water. I called Home Share, four days later they still didn't send anyone to repair the water heater. Although everyone I talked was very nice, still no repair. I looked online and called Water Works and talked with Sven and then Bella. The very next day the water heater was fixed. They and the two servicemen were very nice also on the phone, however they did the job. Thank you Water Works!!! ..

Water Works is by far Not only the best plumbing company, but as far as professionalism in the trades as a whole, they are at the top. They are knowledgeable, professional, experienced, skilled and they do what they say they’re going to do and they do it consistently year after year!
