Genpro is very professional from initial contact to the service after the sale. They listened to our concerns, adapted the original solar plan to our needs and completed the install on time & in budget. Great job everyone at Genpro.

Good morning, I wanted to reach out and let you know as a customer of yours. Jeff has been outstanding to deal with on my technical issues with a Lorenz pump we have. It of course is in a remote location where tech support isn't available. After a few short phone calls and several trips there on my side we were able to resolve the issue. It was a unique problem to say the least. After several failed attempts to get it going we finally figured out the control panels Led wasn't lined up with the window in its face. Therefore we were unable to see any lights at all. Acting as if it was not processing the solar power. Once that was found it still wouldn't... read full review
