We have used Sam and his guys multiple times over the last 15 years and he has always done the job above our expectations. He is very personable and professional. He always kept us informed on changes needing to be made due to obstacles that arose before continuing. The price did go up from the estimate, however it was only for materials outside his control and ensured we were ok before preceding. I highly recommend Brewer.Service: Concrete sidewalk building
